I am 26 years old, and working at Kingdom of saudi Arabia from last 2 years As you people know Most of malls will open after 4 pm, and some malls are 24*7 So from last one year I am working at night shift. (5 Pm to 3 Am) And I will sleep from 7 am to till 4 pm. . . This is my working style, is there any side effects to work continuously at night? Please ans me doctors.
