Do surya namskar. Nd take aloe vera juice with luke warm water. Do brisk walk. Take vegetable juice. Don't skip your breakfast. Take one fruit daily. Avoid sweets, potatoes, white rice, mango, banana, sugar. Take green tea without sugar. Take black tea without sugar.
