I am putting on weight around 10 kg in just 3 months .and I am doing Zym workout properly and following proper diet plan to lose weight but still I reduced inches little but not reduce weight .i am worried and want to lose my pounds as well along with inches.

Hello, Check with your gym trainer if your work out is helping you. May be you should change your workout routine. with your medication details you seem to have hormonal imbalance. you are on right track but cross check with activity. There is also chance that you are replacing you fat mass with muscle mass. so go for kardascan where you get checked for fat and muscle percentages. Hope this helps you. stay healthy and stay fit?
