I had recently shifted to hostel for my pg studies I am 22 male. I am experiencing a heavy hair fall though I am using patanjali shampoo please suggest me I am even using navaratna oil .it works only when I apply the oil.

Hi lybrate-user, using patanjali, or any other oil is not going to help you with the hair fall. Make sure you have a healthy diet, good sleep, and manage stress well. If hair loss runs in your family, there's little you can do about it. However, consult with a good trichologist to find out if you aren't missing anything. Good luck.

Tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months. Qilib men solution 6-8 sprays once daily. Increase protein diet. Green leafy vegetables. Anaphase shampoo / vichy dercos energising (anti- hair loss) shampoo. Test- hemoglobin, thyroid function test.
