Hi , My Age is 24 , I have started doing workout regularly and because of shift hours I cannot sleep more than 7 hours a day . I feel very difficult to get up early . However , I cannot skip doing workouts . I want to know what is the minimum hours of sleep needed while doing workouts with regular routine . What would be the best practice to stay active everyday and get better result from workout . Please put on your suggestion !
