My weight is 92 kg I am 34 year old. I feel knee pain sometime but not always. When I drive more than 3 hrs it start paining a lot. Please suggest precautions to avoid knee pain .

firstly tk diet plans . check ur thyroid levels. keep straight legs . avoid long sitting. do hot fermentation and put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat for 10 times twice a day. do stretching exercise of back and spine and core muscle strength exercise
