Recently for the past few months I am feeling sleepy, tired. Pressure is 90/60. While walking my head is moving. I am feeling weak. My recent blood report is given below. CHOLESTEROL- 208 TRIGLYCERIDE- 139 HDL- 41 LDL- 140 VLDL- 27, T.C : HDL- 5.07 : 1 T3- 71, T4- 4.69, TSH- 2.87 FBS- 98, URIC ACID- 6.2 HB-14.7.WBC- 7600 / cu mm, RBC- 4.72 million/ cu mm PLATE LET- 2.30 lacs/ cu mm. NEUTROPHIL -52%, LYMPHOCYTE - 40% Please tell me the reason for my problem. What precautions should I take to lead a healthy life. Thanks.
