If itching is present, then there is dandruff. The first thing that you must do is kindly keep up with your personal hygiene. Please don't share your comb and after shower towels with anyone. Let it be your mother or father or siblings, please use it a self one. Next wash your bed nd pillow cover in hot water after the use of medicines. Bcuz dandruff is a fungal infection and a small flake of it enough to spread. Use medicated oil named ayur hair clean tone of viswanath ayurveda pharmacy. Its the one that gave me a positive feedback from patients. You can buy it online. For 100 ml it cost around 200.. Use only mild shampoos like clinic plus, dove daily shine etc bcuz stronger the shampoo, higher the scalp dry rate. When scalp dry rate is high, then it's a medium with sweat for dandruff growth as the scalp cells get hydrated. There are internal medicine too but if you can take care of yourself with personal hygiene and application of ayur hair clean tone oil for atleast 1 month, that itself will show a high hair growth.

More women have underlying causes of hair loss than men. These include treatable conditions like anemia and thyroid disease and polycystic ovary syndrome androgenetic hair loss is seen in both men and women but is more dramatic in men. Hair may simply thin as a result of predetermined genetic factors and the overall aging process. Many men and women may notice mild physiologic thinning of hair starting in their 30s and 40s. Thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss. Prevention of hair loss includes good hair hygiene, regular shampooing, and good nutrition. It is therefore normal to lose about 100 hairs every day, more of them on days when shampooing loosens the hairs that are ready to fall out. There are thousands of unproven claims and products to help with hair regrowth. These products are usually harmless but generally not scientifically proven and therefore potentially useless. Medications indicated for hair regrowth include minoxidil (rogaine) and finasteride (propecia). Surgical procedures like hair transplants can be useful for some women as well as men to" fill in" thinned-out areas. Consult a plastic surgeon for that or go in for a private consultation.
