Bhastrika bharmari shavasan do these pranayam n yogaasan reularly for 5-5 min. Put 2-2 drops of badam rogan inside each nostils twice a day. Medha vati -----2-2 tabs, after meal twice a day badampak powder 1 tea spoon with milk at bed time. Review for 1 month.
