Hello, please take the food on time. Eat slowly and completely. Don't eat over stomach. Don't drink water more than 200 ml till one hour after the lunch. Avoid fermented foods like bread idli dosa or chana, chhole sort of things. Walk 45 minutes every day.

You have sever bloating. I think you are customised with fried or oily food and other food stuff which create problems with your metabolism resulting indigestion and bloating, constipation and many problems. I would like to advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise and morning walk every day. Hot water sipping boiled with ginger, saumph and ajwayan one cup every one hour for whole day. Avoid oily or junk food and alcohol or vinegar and sour products e. G. Pickles etc and nonveg, rajma, peas, urad. Warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi at breakfast and before going to bed. Get up early morning before sunrises and go for a walk for one hour every day. Do yoga and exercise every day. You may follow some ayurveda medicines as given below. Arogyavardhini vati. 1 tab chitrakadi vati. 1 tab mahashankh vati. 2tabs twice daily with warm water after meals. Pippalyadyasav. 15 ml mustakarist. 15 ml twice daily with water after meals. If you feel better result then continue it for 3 months otherwise have private consultation for pulse diagnosis and proper treatment with me.
