As I am going to gym when should I take eggs and how ? Right now i'm taking 2 eggs in morning and after my workout I take 3 to 4 pieces of boiled chicken. So is it good or excellent.

It is good to have boiled eggs in morning and chicken after workout. Also add vegetables, fruits and salads to your meals to avoid constipation that may occur due to high protein intake. Also drink 10 - 12 glasses of water daily.

Mub you are doing right, one should take high protein food like eggs, meat immediately after Workout... take boiled egg, not raw
