Hello, egg in raw form has maximum nutrients however on cooking the digestibility of proteins improves and so cooking it either as omlette or boiled should be a good option to digest it well.

egg yolk is rich in cholesterol and egg white is rich in protein...boiled egg is more beneficial than omelets
