I'm a 23 year old girl recently have put on some weight, my current weight being 54, I was reading a few articles online on garcinia cambogia supplements which help curb weight loss and improves your metabolism, but I'm not too sure how authentic these reviews are hence kind advise if these supplements can be taken? Would they have any ill effects in the long run?

It is best to lose weight by lifestyle changes than by taking supplements for long term perspective. If your height is little more than 5 feet than your eeight is ok. Just do some exercise or work outs. At your age that is the best approach.
