My husband has high fever from two days but when he take medical fever goes but we get the blood test done cbc uric acid cholesterol liver profile malaria typhoid everything is normal except the platelet count is 105000 and sgpt is 59 and sgot is 46 bilirubin is 1.38 so does it mean he has jaundice or its a viral infection or it is slight high because of taking pracemtols tablets so much due to fever. Please suggest.

Sgot, sgpt and s. Bilirubin are borderline raise I am giving you idea about symptom of jaundice: high temperature body ache decrease food intake nausea/ vomiting abdomen pain yellow eyes/ urine and jaundice is diagnosed by lft, usg upper abdomen and viral hepatitis panel we need to do physical examination to diagnose cause of fever.
