How much time taken by a healthy person for sleep. I am sleeping for 5 hours in the night. Is it okay ? Thanx.

It should be 6 to 8 hrs. But if you are not having problem by five hr sleep then it is ok.

6-8 hours of sleep is ok/normal. However it varies from person to person - if you feel no distress/discomfort after taking sleep of 5 hours its ok.
