Hello, My sister is facing a problem, whenever she tries to reduce her weight by dieting or by exercise she get lower backache, also when she lifts any weight or stand for long hours. Please suggest what to do to reduce weight and to get rid of backache.Thank you .

She does not need exercise and low calorie food. But proper hormonal assessment and based on the results, a proper food plan. Weight lifting in presence of back oain can be dangerous.
