Hello! go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. Yes.. Push ups is a good form of exercise. It tones your hands, arms, shoulders, back and abs. 100 push ups a day is a good level you have achieved. You can increase the number of sets from one set of 20 to two sets with breaks in between.. There is no upper limit.. It is upto to you.. how many you want to do.. what you want to achieve ... how much time you have... However it is better to do different exercises and focus on building strength and stamina and flexibility in every part of your body. Therefore keep doing different varieties of exerices.. For eg..
