Hello, avoid junk, fermented, spicy food, non veg, alcohol, smoking, take fresh, hot and healthy food in meals. Don't give more than 4 hours gap in your meals. Consume buttermilk in lunch. Drink lemon n water in morning. Chew raw jeera whenever you are feeling acidic or gas problem is there. You can put a small piece of jaggery in your mouth.
