Hi! I am 70 year, vegetarian, non alcoholic, no soft drinks even, eating habits very simple with lots of natural and other fibrous items (no fried or fast foods etc). Yes I do face constipation problems, so I had to regularly drink lot of water (8-10 glasses), take Softovac.
