The human body is a complex phenomenon. Firstly, each individual is born with a particular trait which is decided by the genetics. So it is nor fair to compare with others. You are not the only one who is complaining of such difficulties (when you compare with your other friends who eat double and do not exercise and still do not put on weight.) each person's metabolism differs and keeps changing due to age and other genetic factors. The bottom line is to stay fit and be active through out your life, and the body will learn to adjust the metabolism and weight issues on its own. Keep regular check up on a yearly basis to rule out diabetes, hypertension, thyroid problems etc. One can adopt homeopathic line of treatment for fitness if there is obesity and if it does not get better by life style changes alone. Till then keep exercising daily and eat healthy food.
