I am 70 years old, Make 5 feet 2 & my weight is 67 kg admittedly about 5 kg more than desired I am on medicines for control of BP for past 12 years during which it is in the range 110-130/ 80-90. The lipid profile and sugar is well within normal limits due to controlled Life style and walking exercise and yoga etc . The energy and activity level is reasonably normal for age. However every once in a while I do experience, especially when tired or if engaged in a body posture involving head bent downwards for more than 30 - 40 second , brief dizziness attack . I suspect that my system has some neuro- vascular problem . Is there any direction tests or investigations which can revel the vascular health status.
