Hello mam. I don't have habit to drink more water, i'm trying to drink more water can not drink, so what I do ?

Hello, water is very necessary for us. Drink 2 glasses of water in the morning once you gets up avoid drinking water just after your meals. Before 1/2 hour of your breakfast lunch and dinner must drink 1 glass water. Keep reminder on your mobile phone to drink water. You can increase buttermilk, soup, green tea, lemon water etc if you don't like to drink plain water.
