Hello sir, mam, I am 27 year old. While dancing my left leg got stretch and had a sound like something has broken. I want to know that it was ligament tare sound or misplacement of a bone. I can not stretch my leg fully and can't fold my leg fully. My right side of my left leg has swell. please help me to finding out. What was that. Can I able to dance again ? please reply me fast.

First of all get a x ray done. Most probably ligament has stretched badly which is causing pain. Need proper rest and some management to heal it early.
