Dear lybrateusr, -Do steaminhalation 2-3 times a day regularly -avoid cold fluids,sour, spicy & junk foods, have more of warm fluids like water, tea, milk, soup -take tablet levocetirizine, 5mg, 1tab daily in the evening -take cap Bcomplex , 1 cap daily after breakfast & more of fruits & green leafy vegetables to boost your immunity -aiso do regular exercise, yoga, deep breathing & have a good sleep for atleast 7-8 hrs daily.
