Why their is no health when i am taking proper diet? Please suggest what should i do for good health

Lybrate-user firstly you take healthy diet with 6-8 serving of cereals, 2-3 servings of pulses and non veg if taking, 4-5 serving fruits and vegetables, 3 tsf oil and fats, 500-750 ml milk and its products with 3 lts of water devided into 3 main and 3 small meals in a day. Take proper sleep and make yourself stressfree by doing some physical activity of your choice daily atleast for 50 mnts. To know more or clear any querry take appointment with me on lybrate.
