I'm 40 year old. I dont take any diet. I dont go to social parties and eat ouotside anytime. I prefer only home food I am out of my home rather hotel food. I dont smoke nor drink. My problem is. Early in the morning if I wake up between 3am - 5am mu throat burns. Please advice.

This suggests acidity. At times body produces more acid without any precipitating cause. Take capsule ocid 20 for 10 days when you get up from bed. Eat half an hour after that. Take a bland diet low in salt an spices. Limit tea to 2-3 cups a day that too never empty stomach. Take plenty of salads and fresh fruits. Take dinner 2hours before you go to sleep. Take a cup if luke warm or cold milk at bed time. Come back after 10 days.
