I want to loose my weight, it's around 58 jus because of sitting in ofic regularly, so what should I do to loose my weight till 50.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Try to eat a balanced diet and getting some exercise at least thrice a week. You need to avoid weight gain or fat gain. For your height, you need to reduce only 3 kgs.

stop taking pickles,rice,fried foods,curd. avoid skiping of meals. take triphla churan 1 tsf bed time or 2 tabs for 10 days intially. then update me.
