Hi, During sex with my partner or by masturbation (by hand), I am facing 2 issue:- 1. Ejaculation (i.e sperm is coming out ) happening with 1 (one) minutes to the max time. Means sperm is coming out very frequently I think between 30- 40 sec. 2. While doing sex with my partner my penis erection is not happening automatically i.e unless and until we put our hand to my penis will not get erection properly hence we get lot of issue while intercourse i.e my penis will not get insert properly also my penis size is too small. I am very worried about my future hence if you help me in this regard it will help to me and my family life. Looking forward.
