Hello sir working as software it developer manager so daily eight hours I am had to sitting chair post 9 months so im suffering with back pain I used many tablets it can't work and when am sitting continues it. Will be started please help me.

Move. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Change the position of the chair and adjust/change the computer accordingly. Do morning exercise/walk for at least 40 minutes daily as a routine. Take good sleep for pain take mag phos 6x - twice daily 4 tabs continue treatment.

Due to long sitting hours your back muscles are getting overloaded and fatigued. Firstly make some postural adjustments. Your desktop should be at your eye level, sit straight, keep a pillow behind your lower back take breaks every 2 hrs walk and stretch your back. Apart from this exercises for your low back are necessary. Learn these from a physiotherapist.
