Information from internet says that the STDs like Chlamydia, Gonorrhea mostly will not show symptoms. Is that true? I received unprotected oral sex 4 months back and suffering from urinary problems now. It is prolonging and the pain or burning sensation is there in my genitals. Doctors who ever I consulted so far have ruled out Chlamydia and Gonorrhea as it was about 3 months back. Please clarify.
