While using laptop and mobiles that time my eyes fully tears come out and then some itching in eyes and fully dark circles around my eyes what type of lens should I use?

Dear l you:- you r suffering from refractive error & computer vision syndrome. You need urgently complete correction of refractive error. During working on laptop always put on anti uv glasses/screen on speck/screen. 5 - 10 minutes relaxation /hr workingon laptop is mandatory to quit your eye.
