I am suffering from heavy hair fall from last 20 25 days it was normal before dis but from last 20 days it become heavy 50 to 100 hair fall every day at the time of shampoo at the time of oiling what should I do to control this.

Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again.
