I have problem of late night sleep from very long time provide me solution to it.

Not able to sleep can be treated by behavioral techniques and medications 1. Relaxing techniques 2 do not drink tea/coffee after 5 pm 3. Do not watch tv for 2 hours before sleeping 4. Go to bed when you feel like sleeping 5. Sleep at same time every day 6. Read a book before sleep 7. Take hot water bath before sleeping 8. Drink hot milk before sleeping. All of the above will help you sleep. If you still have problems will give you medications. Take care.
