It will be better if you quit smoking as its just harming your body. If you have difficulty quitting there are many treatments available to help you in the form of both medication and counselling. Continue exercising under supervision and eat a balanced diet rich in all the nutrients. While gymming it will be beneficial to take high protein diet like eggs. Please think seriously about quitting smoking.
