I am student so I am always doing study so am only focus on my study so that my health is good but I have little obesity problem can you sugest what I do.

Hi I don't think you have obesity problem. Your height and weight proportions are in line. Maybe you feel lethargic due to excessive sitting. Take 5 min breaks after every 2 hours. Do some stretches. Take deep breaths. Learn Pranayam. Do it for 15 mins daily. Your headaches will go away. Avoid taking medicines on a regular basis. Do 30 mins exercise daily unless exams are close by. Stay healthy Stay happy!
