What is the benefit of drinking lukewarm water before taking every meal and what is the disadvantage of eating puri every day in breakfast because I love eating puri in breakfast every day.

One should avoid drinking water immediately before and after food. One should drink water atleast one hour before and one hour after food. Drinking luke warm water hasno special benefit. Puri contains carbohydrate and the ghee used also contains cholesterol. It will add calories and you will put on weight. Avoid taking puri daily.
