Can any body suggest what types of fruit my wife can eat as she blessed by a baby girl 11 days before by seizer because many people told me that after seizer fruit not allowed to my wife but she feel very weakness please suggest me suitable fruits for my wife?

She can take any fruit she likes but avoid juices as fiber in fruit will help her more. She should take a balanced diet with more proteins like milk, curds, eggs, clear soups, healthy carbs and fats. Fruits and vegetables give natural vitamins and minerals plus some carbs. Give her iron-folic acid- calcium tablets like she must have been taking during pregnancy.
