I am going to Gym for 3 month's so I am thinking to take some whey protein for better results. But I am little confused that it's good for health.Please tell.

Please concentrate on natural sources of food and vitamins - fruits and vegetables only, which is better for your health. Take a glass of milk and banana in morning daily a glass of mixed fruit juice in evening. 2 eggs and 200 gms of chicken to be added in your diet daily.
