Mr. Lybrate-user. The only natural and healthy way of losing weight would be to eat less and exercise more. And though I do not have your other details with me. But if you are gaining weight owing to excessive eating and less exercising. Then please understand that you can only lose weight by reversing these processes. Now - there are umpteen other formulae -- say appetite suppressants, supplements, fat melting formulae, etc which I would strongly urge you to not fall for. Last resort then is surgery -- and am sure you would want to avoid that if you possibly can. Hence -- we are back to old theory of - -eating less and working out more - to control and lose body weight. Best wishes,
