In food you should avoid sweets, sugar in tea/coffee, sweet fruits like banana, Mango etc., you should have timely meals. do not long gap between meals. you should have proper sleep and should go to bed by 9.30-10pm, if your work is sedatory like sitting in chair in the office for haours together, you should have some physical activity like getting up from chair frequently. you should regularly go for morning wark, and walk for minimum of one hour initially slowly and gradually picking up speed leading to brisk walk. learn relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation etc., if you still have questions, you can come back for clarification
