Hello there I am 23 years old and I am trying to plan for a baby and me and my wife do indulge during her ovulation cycle and her periods get delayed but there is no science of pregnancy and I need some help is to how we go about conceiving and have a baby please help thanks ! My wife is 21 years old.

Hello, I empathise with you for your feelings on not having blessed with a pregnancy up till now. For best chances of pregnancy, here are a few tips: 1. For a regular cycle of 28-30 days, the middle 10 days (day 11 to day 19) are the best for trying to conceive. Day 1 is the day of starting the menses bleeding. 2. Contact on all days will eventually reduce the sperm count - so better to try on alternate days 3. If you can also document ovulation by bbt or usg, better still.

U both r still young. Keep relationship between d10-d16 of her periods on alternate days if she has regular cycles. Try for at least 6 months. If you don't conceive in 6 months, go for infertility evaluation.
