Hi lybrate-user, very appropriate and right thinking there. First things first -- at 165 cm height your normal weight could be between 63 to 67 kg, while you are presently at 60 kg of body weight and it is my guess that probably you will not have excessive fat in the body. To determine how much fat you do have, you must go for bca - body composition analysis - which will tell the percent of fat, of lean mass and of water in your body. Should you be found to have excessive fat -- though again I doubt if you would actually be found to have excessive fat -- then the best strategy for you would be to: 1 go for low fat, high protein and adequate diet 2 and start gymming / lifting weights the idea is to bring fat down in your body - but not at the cost of total body weight -- and to add muscle and bone mass to your body. Best wishes.
