I am vegetarian and my body is so thin and weight is also law. My body increase the weight and thickness so how any idea please?

To gain weight, eat at regular fixed time. Secondly, make a combination of dates (khajoor)+ amla+ pomegranate+ dry grapes (kishmish) -2 tsp two times a day. You can add a little sugar if needed increase intake of soyabean in your diet make a milk - warm milk 1glass+ 2 tsp ashwagandha powder+sugar. Drink at night after dinner daily. Do these for 1-2 months.
