At 5 ft 3 in, and at your age, this present weight of yours is not overweight at all -- normal for this height would be between 55 and 58 / 59 kg. However, if you have gained fat in the body or gained inches - say around the tummy - then your concerns are understandable. The approach then should be to increase activity -- including light weights and / or little gymming - to increase muscle mass and to strengthen bones -- and to convert fat into lean mass in the body -- along with general low fat, adequate proteins and carbs diet -- mostly from plant origin which will have enough fiber, vitamins and minerals naturally in the foods.
