Dear lybrate-user, a weight of 135 kg at a height of 180 cm is way too much of weight -- at least 50 kg more than the normal for this height as you should have been between 78 to 84 / 85 kg. There must be some strong underlying reason for this excessive weight: wrong eatings and / or nil activity and / or hormonal deviations and / or genetic factor and / or lifestyle behavioural factors including perhaps alcoholism etc. The generic guideline here is: to stick to plant based natural whole foods - whole grains, lots of vegetables, fruits, lentils, beans, grams. Shun animal foods, fried foods, processed foods, restaurant foods, shakes and juices, sweets, nuts and seeds for sometime, oils and fats, sauces etc. Increase your activity levels -- walking, jogging, swimming, little playing games say badminton etc. You must get medical check up done --- yours is almost extreme obesity and may require immediate medical intervention.
