Please tell me how to relief from constipation. This is my daily problem. Please help me.

Sedentary life style and irregular eating habits are the simplest reasons for constipation. Simple health tips can benefit a lot if followed for a long term: drink warm water most of the times, drink enough water daily. Eat a high fibre diet (daily 2-3 fruits and vegetables. Exercise is also essential as it will stimulate the digestive system. Also learn to relax every day. You can follow up if you want.
