I have a very sensitive skin. It's normal when I stay in but gets extremely dry and itchy when I stay out in sun, AC and too much of air. I've tried a lot of treatment but nothing seem to work. Also I tan very badly and quickly compared to others. Also if I stay in the above said conditions for a prolonged period my skin becomes scaly and develops itchy scaly patches here and there. Please help.

Take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part.
