Hello lybrate-user. Use a urea based moisturizer in day time and a retinoid cream at night time. (brand names I cannot mention in public chat, as per lybrate terms and conditions) you can consult me privately for the brand names. Apply these creams over keratosis pilaris for about 15 days and also keep your skin hydrated and moisturized all the time. You will get very good results. Take care.
