Because of divorce you are suffering from depressive thoughts. It is common in initial days. Some days gone everything will be normal. But now you should not be disturbed. Develop busy schedule in day time. Concentrate on your work. Do not go to bed for sleep purpose. Do any work before sleeping reading, some pending works. If sleep comes then go to sleep. Do not think about the past incidents and memories. Better to keep away old memories. Tear and destroy it if possible. Be share all your feelings with your friends and family members. Create your own entertainment channels. Go regularly temple. Practice walking. Spend most of the time outside. Do not think about depression etc. Feel always comfortable. Be friendly and be sociable. All the best. My best wishes.
