I am diabetic with type b male of 60 having a strong physic of 44' chest 174 cm height and no apparent physical problems exercising daily with different instrument of weight including spring sit up etc at early morning and as per advice of my physician taking tab pioz mf g2 forte once in early morning. Recently I am feeling tired in the morning and also have muscle pain thorough my body although I am not paying any attention to that and have acute constipation for which I am taking habz har aurvadic lacktive. My daily food intake is limited to 500gms sugar free. Kindly advice any medicine for diabetics and for constipation and body pain.
